Body Calm. This is a term that I have coined to describe my body “unwound” of discomfort, aches and pains and at total peace. I would not have known that it was possible just a few, short years ago. But I tell you, it is absolutely incredible to me to lay in bed at night and be aware of total body calm, without a single twinge or ache or pain!!!
After 50 some years of living, my body started to rebel. I did not attribute my issues to anything except that I thought my back was out. I have since learned that 90% of what I thought were spinal/hip mis-alignments, were in fact a sensitivity to some food. I have learned that when my liver is unhappy with something I have eaten, that the nerves in my right hip and right thigh have a particular ache. It is incredible to me to be able to “read” this.
Through kinesiology, energy exercises, and my supplement protocol, I have unwound one issue after an other. Like layers of an onion. And now, if I am sore or have a pain, I can trace it to something specific. I have learned to read my body that well!
